Greetings Sisters,
 
We are looking forward with anticipation for our 114th National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. Modified/Hybrid Annual Session to be held Monday, July 19. through Friday, July 23, 2021, at Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church, in Huntsville, Alabama.
 
REMINDERS/UPDATES:
  • Meetings with the Women Congress/Auxiliaries will be held each day(Only Auxiliary Meetings on Thursday).
  • The Women Congress and its Auxiliaries are asked to wear their Auxiliary colors on Wednesday Night, July 21, 2021, for the National President’s Address.
  • All ladies will wear White on Friday.
  • We are strongly encouraging members of each auxiliary to participate with $100.00 for our One Hundred Dollar March on Friday, July 23, 2021, during our Final Session.  The auxiliary with the highest number of participants will receive a plaque.  There will not be a Queen Contest.
  • Our Outreach Recipient is: Village of Promise, a Family Advancement Center serving in one of the most underserved neighborhoods in North Alabama.  The Village of Promise provides programs and a support system that empowers each family to advance out of poverty and give back to the Huntsville community by working with over 200 families weekly.  Your Love Donations are needed to assist this most worthy agency.
  • Lunch will be served each day at the host church (Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church) for the cost of $13.00.

Our 114th  National Primitive Baptist Convention will be held in Huntsville, Alabama at  Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church, July 19 – 23, 2021.  Our Modified/Hybrid session will be held in person and virtually.
 
 
Important Notice:
 
Patton/Raye Scholarship Application to include Recommendations and Official Transcript with the official seal must be postmarked no later than 12 Midnight on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 and addressed to Mother Sandra E. Ming, 2933 Morris Drive, Bartow, FL 33830. (NO EXCEPTIONS)  
 
All Patton/Raye Scholarship monies whether individual or church registration should be paid directly to the Women’s Congress.

Below are the 2021 Guidelines for the Patton-Raye Scholarship Fund and the Registration Form.  All Patton-Raye Scholarship monies whether individual or church registration should be paid directly to the Women’s Congress.
