Updated Information Relative to the 115th Annual Session of the National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. at Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate

Greetings:
As you are aware, on Sunday, July 17, through Friday, July 22, 2022, our 115th Annual Session will convene in Orlando, Florida at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate, 1500 Masters Blvd.

Please find below the following important information:

  • An Important Zoom Meeting will convene on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. (CDT)/7:00 p.m. (EDT).   The Meeting ID is 829 9569 2764 and the Passcode is 1907.  If you are connecting by phone, please dial 786-635-1003, the Meeting ID is 829 9569 2764, and the Passcode is 1907.
  • Hotel Accommodations/Amenities – Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate, 1500 Masters Blvd., Orlando, FL  33896 is the hotel site.  The Room Rates are $159.00 (SGL/DBL) per night plus 14.5% sales tax.  A one-night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation and there is a 2-room limit.  If you desire to stay onsite, please call the hotel at 800THE OMNI (800) 843-6644 and reference the National Primitive Baptist 2022 National Convention.  The hotel deadline is Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 5 P.M. (EDT) (NOTE:  Upon check-in, there is an incidental hold of $50.00 per day per room.  This hold will be released upon check-out; and, if no charges were placed against the room.  Each room has a refrigerator.  However, microwaves are located at the end of the hall on each floor.  Valet Parking is $35.00 per night plus tax and Overnight Self Parking is $10.00 per day per car plus tax.  No In’s and Out’s are permitted.  Arrangements have been made with the hotel for limited shuttle service from the Hotel to the Conference Center.)

Registration
Attached are General, Individual, Certified Voting Presidential Electors, and Summary Forms for Elders and Deacons who will vote in the Presidential Election.  If you are sending Deacons and Elders from your church, please list their names on the attached Summary of Deacons and Elders Form.  The Deacons and Elders can vote in the Presidential Election as well as the General Convention.  While we recognize that some delegates may be responsible for their own registration fees, however, if they are representing their church, Associations, or State Conventions, they must be included on the appropriate Summary and/or Certification Forms and signed by their Pastors or Chairman of the Deacon Board—if there is no pastor.  NOTE: The deadline to submit your completed and signed Certified Voting Presidential Electors Forms is Friday, June 17, 2022, 12 Midnight. You cannot pay these funds online.

If you have not completed your registration(s) for the Convention, you are encouraged to do so immediately.  NOTE:  If you did not receive a copy in the mail, the forms are located on the website: www.npbcconvention.org.
