106th Annual Session- Call for Vendors

Please find below a vendor letter, an application for the purchase of an exhibit space, and a copy of the official vendor contract.  Exhibit space is $500.00 per space and must be paid in FULL by Money Order or Cashier’s Check (made payable to the National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA) by Monday, August 5, 2013. 

Because there is limited exhibition space, you are encouraged to submit your application, vendor’s contract and the amount due as soon as possible.   (A space includes pipe and drape of a 10’x8′ area; a six foot draped table; and two chairs.)  Vendor setup will be the morning of Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in the Vendor’s area.
